Eat your breakfast! Its definitely my favourite meal of the day. Eating a wholesome breakfast with healthy fats and added veggies (here we have sauteed onion, garlic, sweet potatoes, spinach, beets) will give you level energy and a clear mind. My teenager said "what's this!??" Then proceeded to eat a huge plate. My 3 years old also ate it back!
